Shipping Protocol
All research materials are shipped in specialized temperature-controlled packaging to maintain molecular stability. We currently offer domestic logistics support within the **United Kingdom only**. All consignments utilize discrete, unmarked packaging to ensure security and privacy.
Standard dispatch occurs within 24-48 hours of protocol authorization. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your materials are in transit.
No Returns Policy
Due to the highly sensitive nature of research compounds and the strict requirement to maintain cold-chain stability, **FRG Labs does not accept returns or exchanges once materials have been dispatched from our facility.**
Once research materials leave our controlled environment, we can no longer certify their stability, purity, or integrity for other researchers. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the institutional quality of all compounds we provide.
If you receive materials that appear to have been physically damaged during transit (e.g., broken seals or leaking cartridges), please contact technical support immediately with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement protocol.
Lost or Delayed Consignments
If your research materials have not arrived within the expected window, please utilize our tracking portal or contact technical support. We will perform a forensic audit with the carrier and, if the consignment is deemed lost, we will expedite a replacement synthesis at no additional charge.
