1. Strict Research Protocol

All products provided by FRG Labs are intended **strictly for laboratory research and forensic study only**. These compounds are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostics, therapeutics, or any other unauthorized use.

By placing an order, the purchaser (referred to herein as the "Researcher") warrants that they are affiliated with a qualified institution and possess the necessary equipment and expertise to handle these materials safely.

2. Researcher Warranty & Compliance

The Researcher agrees to comply with all local, regional, and national regulations governing the acquisition, storage, and disposal of research peptides within the United Kingdom. Resale of any FRG Labs products for human consumption or unauthorized research is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of institutional access.

3. Limitation of Liability

FRG Labs shall not be held liable for any damages—including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—resulting from the handling, storage, or use of the materials provided. The Researcher assumes total responsibility for the safety of their laboratory environment and personnel.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, molecular descriptions, and proprietary delivery system designs (including the precision pen mechanism) are the exclusive intellectual property of FRG Labs. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering of our delivery hardware is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms and any research consignments authorized through this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**. Any disputes arising from the use of this facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
